I spent over a decade in the PR industry before transitioning to full-time fitness. As exciting as it was, I was chronically stressed.

I’ve always been a natural athlete, however, I didn’t fully “accept” and realize my innate gifts of coaching and fitness until 2016. And that’s when the magic began.

 

Today, I’m a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Weight Loss Specialist (WLS) and Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS). My other certifications include:
